His practice includes such matters as wrongful dismissal claims, other employment related matters, personal injury actions, commercial litigation and most other types of civil litigation. He appears in all levels of courts in Ontario and frequently represents clients before various Boards and Tribunals.
Recognizing the need of most clients to reach a prompt, economical and favourable solution to any given problem, Rob often conducts negotiations and attends mediations frequently leading to an effective resolution.
A life long resident of Hamilton, he attended McMaster University and then Osgoode Hall Law School. Called to the bar in 1975 he has practised law in Hamilton since that time. Rob is an active member of both provincial and local bar associations and has served as a Trustee and as President of the Hamilton Law Association and was a Council Member of the Ontario Bar Association. In addition, he was one of the founding Directors of LibraryCo and served as a Director of LibraryCo for several years.
In addition to his law practice, Rob is involved in the community and, over the years, has served with several community organizations in the Hamilton and Ancaster areas.
