Bruce Mowat B.A. LL.B.
Bruce has been practicing law since 1974.Commercial and residential real estate is the main focus of Bruce's practice. He has over 30 years of expertise in providing legal advice in all areas of real estate including purchases and sales of residential and commercial property as well as all aspects of bank financing. Bruce provides legal services with respect to matrimonial law concentrating on the non-adversarial collaborative approach to the solving of matrimonial disputes. He also provides Estate Planning advice including the drafting of Wills and Powers of Attorney.
